Chicken Saltimbocca

This is really a simple and a very flavorful chicken.  I made it a little more kid friendly.
4 boneless skinless Hormone Free Chicken Breast
1 teaspoon of ground sage
salt and pepper to taste 
4 1/4 inch thick slices of havarti cheese
4 thin slices of prosciutto
Directions:  Take each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper on each side.  place in a baking dish and sprinkle each breast with 1/4 of a teaspoon of ground sage.  place a slice of cheese on top of each breast and then cover with slice  of prosciutto.  Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until chicken in cooked through.  Enjoy this was a big hit.
