Picadillo is a family favorite. Many years were put into this recipe to get it just right. I have had some great picadillo over the years. I was so happy when I was finally able to make one that my cuban family loves. Picadillo is a traditional cuban dish usually served over rice. Some eat it without rice and some with at my house.
Coconut Flan would make the perfect dessert after a flavorful picadillo dinner.
