Perfect granola for the summer with all the flavors of a beachy vacation in a bowl. What could be better than pineapple, coconut, and macadamia nuts in granola for a summer breakfast? I love to snack on this tropical granola as a trail mix or top some greek yogurt. A perfect blend of fruit and nuts. Looking for a sweet treat top some Pina Colada Gelato with this tropical granola.
