I love this it is super easy to make and you can make it right after dinner or while the kids are waiting to cool off. This will only take a few minutes.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen Pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp stevia
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve right away or freeze for later in a freezer safe container.
