Pina Colada Gelato

Nothing says summer to me like pinapple and coconut. I really think this might be me my favorite flavor combo. This will work right into your keto diet. I love this it is super easy to make and you can make it right after dinner or while the kids are waiting to cool off. This will only take a few minutes.

Makes 6 Servings

Ingredients

2 cups frozen Pineapple

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 tsp stevia

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve right away or freeze for later in a freezer safe container.
