I like to sprinkle my strawberries with sunflower seeds. Years ago, I read that strawberries and sunflower seeds together are an excellent combination for health and ant-aging. I don’t know how true it is, but they do taste good together. Makes a perfect low carb dessert any time of day.

Ingredients
- 1 can coconut cream
- 2 tsp amaretto liqour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Chill coconut cream in refrigerator for 8 hours. Place beaters for electric mixer in freezer for 10 minutes. Open can and remove solid coconut only. Place coconut cream in bowl. Beat cream with electric mixture until soft. Add amaretto and vanilla, continue beating until soft peaks form.
