Chill coconut cream in refrigerator for 8 hours. Place beaters for electric mixer in freezer for 10 minutes. Open can and remove solid coconut only. Place coconut cream in bowl. Beat cream with electric mixture until soft. Add amaretto and vanilla, continue beating until soft peaks form.
