Ingredients
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 large portobello mushroom
- 3 tbsp sweet and hot jalapeños
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet. Slice mushroom. Add mushroom to skillet. Sauté until desired tenderness. Add jalapeños and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer. Serve over steamed rice or cauliflower rice.
