Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Use electric mixer and add dry ingredients 1/2 cup at a time—place in a prepared cake pan or mini cake pans. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Depending on the cake pan will determine cooking time. Around 20 minutes, start checking.
