Jalapeño Cheese Crisps with Avocado Dip

Cheese Crisps

2 cups mexican blend cheese

1 jalapeno

Avocado Dip

1 1/2 hass avacado

1/4 cup fresh cilantro some stems ok

1/2 cup greek yogurt

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp salt

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place cheese in a bowl. Use a cheese grater and grate jalapeño into the bowl. Mix. Use a tablespoon and scoop out cheese mix on to baking sheet with parchment paper. Each tablespoon scoop will melt into a crisp. Place in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges turn brown.
Remove skin and pit from an avocado. Place dip ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl for serving with cheese crisps.
