A creamy artichoke dip that I have made for years. Perfect for last-minute guests. I have written this quick, easy recipe as a slow cooker dip. If you need to serve the appetizer sooner, pop in a 350-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes until dip is bubbling. A perfect dip while we are all inside with our families watching our favorite shows at night.
Look for a high-quality mayonnaise without preservatives. I always look for foods that have the least amount of chemicals. That is why I so often shop at Trader Joe’s. You can always make your own mayonnaise. As I am writing this, I am thinking of posting my homemade mayonnaise. Post in the comments below on my Instagram if you would like my recipe.

I love using freshly grated cheese. It is not necessary. If you do grate your cheese, be sure and put your rind into a zip lock bag and save it i in the freezer. The cheese rind is perfect for added flavor for soups and sauces.
