Easy Baked Beans is just as it sounds. A super easy recipe using mostly canned items. Anyone can make this recipe.
Before all of the corona hoardings started, I have always been a person who keeps a few basic supplies in more significant amounts on hand. Part of it is from living through hurricanes and being stuck at home. I have been stuck at home over the years with sick kids, snowstorms, brush fires in the area, and hurricanes. I always keep a few staples stocked up, beans (canned and dried), peanut butter, baking mixes (perfect for last-minute teen hangouts), water, CHOCOLATE, canned tomatoes, and pasta. I can do a lot with these things and all the other random items around my house.

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 large cloves garlic

- 1 can Diced tomatoes and chilis
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- salt to taste
