Chocolate Peanut butter clusters have turned into one of my favorite treats. During quarantine, I have been throwing whatever nut I have into the mix when I am out of peanuts. I keep these on hand all the time because they are the perfect middle of the night low blood sugar fix. I love to eat one before I head out for a long walk with my dogs. The creamy crunch is perfect for keeping me going when I am not hungry, but I need some sugar.
Using the slow cooker makes it a no-fail recipe. You can cook lunch or dinner and make these at the same time. A great treat to keep in the pantry staple recipes. Each ingredient is shelf-stable for a while.
