
I provided this recipe for Lacy Live Fit for her private member group. I love following her on Instagram, and I was excited to be apart of her newsletter. My protein balls are super popular, and the new cookbook I am working on will have a couple of my most requested.
Makes 16 Servings
Carbs 6.5g protein 5.0g
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup chocolate almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
6 tbsp Irish Butter
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out mix and
roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet or dish and refrigerate for at least an hour. Once they are all chilled I place them into an uncovered bowl and leave in the refrigerator so that people
can just grab one from the refrigerator as they are walking through the kitchen.
