Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

I love all the football parties, but let’s be real. It’s also a meat fest. So if you are looking for some meatless snacks, the options are chips and salsa and some celery. I have the perfect fix. I love buffalo dip, expect meat and I are not the best of friends. I made this delicious cauliflower dip, make sure this makes it to the super bowl snack table.

Ingredients

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1 cup cauliflower rice

3/4 cup shredded mexican blend cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup pepper sauce

2 stalks of celery

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cube cream cheese. Place all ingredients in a bowl, reserve celery. Using an electric mixer gently mix ingredients. Slice celery into 1/4 inch pieces and stir into the mix. Transfer dip to a baking dish and bake in oven until dip is bubbling. About 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or celery.
