My version of Orange Cake is a simple version of an Italian water cake. When you are low on eggs, butter, and flour, this cake comes to rescue. I find it interesting that the stores are out of flour but not mixes. You can do so much with a mix. Grab those. You can make cakes, pancakes, and cupcakes. I have been baking a lot for my family. These mixes have been a saving grace.
For easter, I am going to make some gluten-free items so that I can eat some treats. Gluten and I are not friends; I am happy I can bake up delicious treats for my family to enjoy.
This recipe fits into the pantry staples, with only four shelf-stable ingredients.
Serve for dessert after everyone enjoys some
