Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of on key lime
Instructions
- Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops. Evenly sprinkle with granulated garlic.
- Slice red onion. Heat oil in two skillets. One small one large enough to hold all porks chops. Place pork chops in heated skillet and cook on each side until browned. Continue to cook until desired doneness. In small skillets, place sliced onions and sauté until soft. Add white wine and grate garlic. Bring just to a simmer, add lime juice and pour over plated pork chops.
