
I make a variety of flavors of protein balls. I always thought the teen favorite was my chocolate chip cookie dough. I was informed that was not the case. They love those and were a massive hit at the pool over the summer. However, the lemon is the fav! They knew but did not share the info with me. I made sure I made some before the teen left for college. Now everyone can have the recipe.
Another great protein ball Chocolate Chocolate Chip

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
4 tbsp irish butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup Ricotta (whole milk)
2 scoops grass feed vanilla potein
1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Place almond flour in a bowl. Melt butter in a bowl in the microwave. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and honey to the butter. Add all ingredients to the bowl with almond flour. Mix until everything is incorporated. Use a cookie scoop to scoop each ball. Roll each ball with hands so they are round. Place on a baking sheet. Once all made into small balls place in the refrigerator for an hour. Once they are solid you can store them in a bowl in the refrigerator.
