
Prosciutto Egg Bites are a perfect easy recipe for the weekends or busy mornings. You can make these and hand them out as people are headed out the door. Make a couple of batches of eggs bites and keep them in the refrigerator for quick snacks.
Who needs to run the coffee shop when you can have these tasty bites ready in less than 30 minutes.
Serve with some toast and some Maple Pecan Butter

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Prosciutto (8 slices)
- 8 tsp shredded gouda cheese
- 1/4 red pepper chopped
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- dash nutmeg
Instructions
- Pre Heat oven 350 degrees
- Use a muffin tin and line 8 cups with a piece of prosciutto. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until crisp. Remove from the oven. Place a tsp of gouda in each prosciutto cup. Evenly top the cheese with some of the chopped peppers. In a bowl, place eggs, salt, hot sauce, and nutmeg. Whisk together and pour even amount into each cup. Place back in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
