Maple Pecan Butter

Make this, and you will never want store-bought nut butter again. Warm it and put it over vanilla ice cream, and you will enter winter nirvana. I am in love with this nut butter…can, you tell. I now dream of what else I can make with this delectable condiment.

3 cups Pecans halves

1 tbsp butter (irish)

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350. Place pecans on a baking sheet. Bake pecans in oven for about 8 minutes. Let pecans cool completely. Melt butter. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process until you have the texture you want of your butter. Store in refrigerator.
